Florida Here We Come

It's about time for vacation. I am so looking forward to spending time with my family. All six of us are going on vacation. It's the first time I have been on vacation with both of my boys since they were both really young. Now I'm going with a son, daughter-in-law, and grandson; as well as another son and my husband. What a wonderful blessing. I'm so excited.

Back from Vacation

Returned from vacation yesterday. A week of rest and relaxation. It was supposed to be a week of fun with the family, however since the move to Pennsylvania, the kids have not had the extra days to take a vacation, so we traveled alone. We talked to Parker multiple times, I still miss him so very much. Vacation was good, but not the same. He now says his whole name, "Parker Rhodes." He's so cute.

Getting Started

I am the grandmother of one, Parker. He is 21 months old, and at the risk of sounding corny "he had me from day one." I waited a long time for a grandchild and when Parker arrived on September 18, 2006 it was everything I had anticipated.

Then Easter 2008, Parker moved to Pennsylvania with his daddy, Chris, and his mommy, Shanna. So this blog will mostly be about my little guy, Parker Max.
